Service nature. Roadbays provides referral and/or arrangement-based roadside assistance, subject to feasibility, accessibility, traffic, weather and other factors beyond the company’s control.
Chargeable items. Consumables, parts, penalties/fines, tolls, fuel costs, special salvage/extraction charges and any other third-party or chargeable expenses are payable by the customer.
External factors & delays. Response time may be impacted by traffic, location accessibility and other external conditions. If the vehicle is in a ditch/valley/inaccessible area, special salvage equipment may be arranged on chargeable basis; the program is not responsible for consequential damage during such extraction.
Adverse weather. In floods/heavy rain/thunder etc., primary focus is passenger safety; vehicle recovery may be delayed until conditions permit.
Right to refusal. Roadbays may refuse benefits (without refund) if false/incorrect information is provided or eligibility conditions are not met. Membership is not valid for commercial/rental/business/industrial/educational use. Membership is non-transferable and valid in India (except islands).
Liability. Roadbays is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data/income, or consequential loss due to defects or repair/replacement processes.
Cancellation. “No questions asked” cancellation may be available within 7 days of purchase only if no service/benefit has been availed up to the cancellation request date.
Accidental cases. Where police/FIR/court possession exists, assistance can be activated only after clearance/release and proper handover.
Disputes. Courts within New Delhi jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Roadside Assistance does not cover certain non-safety or convenience issues and routine maintenance pickup/drop. Examples include:
Confidentiality. Roadbays makes reasonable efforts to keep customer personal information confidential and uses it for service fulfillment.
Sharing with service partners. Information may be shared with contracted vendors/service partners strictly to deliver services or if required by law.
Call recording. Calls to/from helpline numbers may be recorded to keep a record of instructions, coordinate with partners, monitor quality, training, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Communications. You may receive SMS/email communications regarding services/product features. You may request opt-out where applicable.
Customer representations. Customer confirms age 18+, resident of India, and that information provided is true, correct and complete.
By activating the Roadbays RSA Card and/or using Roadbays services, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the program terms, inclusions, exclusions, limitations, special conditions and policies; and consents to collection, use, storage and sharing of personal data for service fulfillment, quality monitoring, training and legal/regulatory requirements.
The customer also acknowledges that certain events are not covered and that chargeable items (consumables/penalties/tolls/fuel/salvage etc.) shall be borne by the customer.
